Refunds can be offered within 14 days of receiving a defected order or a wrong item other than the one you ordered, provided in its original condition with no extra shipping fees.

Exchange can be done upon clients’ preference within 14 days of receiving the order, with 70 EGP for the exchange shipping fees.
